Ordering

If your order has not yet been assigned tracking information, it is eligible for cancellation. You can cancel your order by emailing love@faceplantdreams.com, or by calling 813-443-4888. If you call after hours, please leave a message and it will be addressed the next business day.

We do not have a “Faceplant Dreams” store (yet), but our line is carried in hundreds of boutiques nationwide! Click here to visit our store locator and find a shop near you.

ShopPay allows you to split your purchase into ShopPay Installments, after creating an account with them. Your first payment is due at checkout, and your order will ship immediately. The remaining payments will be automatically collected by Shopify.

Yes. Once items are added to cart, there is a text box titled “Type your gift note” where you will add a note for the gift recipient. Your order will be wrapped and sent with the note, along with the gift receipt.

If you placed your order before the promotion was published, we are not able to retroactively apply the discount. If you ran into an issue applying a promo code, please email love@faceplantdreams.com.

Cards are charged at point of sale. Once you click “checkout” your card will be charged. Your card information is not stored and cannot be charged at any other point.

Only one promo code can be used per order.

Once you place your order, it is guaranteed to leave our building in 1-2 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $175 within the
continental United States.

For international, Alaskan, or Hawaiian orders, shipping
rates will be calculated at the time of checkout, based on the destination and
weight of the package

Yes! We are able to deliver to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

We ship with FedEx and USPS.

If you’ve received a shipping confirmation from Faceplant
and encounter issues with your package delivery, we encourage you to first reach out to the shipping carrier directly. They have the expertise and resources to track the package and resolve issues most expediently. They can
provide immediate updates on the status of your shipment, assist with holding the package for pick up if needed, or address updates. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier, or have additional questions or concerns, we’re always here. Contact us at love@faceplantdreams.com.

We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, packages lost due to address errors, and for packages that are stolen after delivery.

We ship anywhere, anytime. Please note that we ship out of Tampa, Florida and international shipments are subject to duties/fees not controlled by Faceplant. Canada customers, click here to estimate duty and taxes for your order.

International shipments are subject to duties and/or clearance fees upon arrival that are charged by your local government. These fees cannot be estimated or charged up front and are not controlled by Faceplant, Shopify or any other associated re-sellers. Declared value is figured prior to any discounts. Returns + Exchanges

Click here to visit our Returns & Exchange Center. Read through the options to find which most pertains to you, and then click the link! All you need is your order number and shipping zip code to get started. A return label will be generated for you.

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Holiday Season starts on November 1 and ends on December 31 each year. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a Store Credit within 30 days or by January 15th, whichever is later.

At this time, all returns are compensated with store credit only. Store credit does not expire. We are humans, so if you feel your experience is unique or a one off situation, please email love@faceplantdreams.com for further questions.

No worries! Not everyone is ready for the best sleep of their life. Visit our returns and exchange center, the gift-giver will not be notified.
