Gripper issue
Very comfortable slipper. The only problem is that the grippers on the sole of the slipper started falling off on the first use. I find little circles and letters on the floor all over the house !

In an effort to reduce global warming, we use rubbers that are made without volatile organic compounds (VOC’s). The tradeoff is we sometimes see issues with attachment. Every floor surface and walking style has a different impact on the rubber’s life span on the grippers. That being said, it seems your pair's grippers are not as attached as they should be, and we greatly appreciate you bringing it to our attention and totally understand your disappointment.

This is such a great slipper, soft and comfortable. I only wish the soles were more outdoor..ish I would go as far as the patio, but not as far as taking the trash to the street. I took a risk because I don’t think it shows the bottom in the description. All in all a nice slipper.
